Is a twenty year Retired Service-Disabled Veteran
He also retired from the Federal Government with 36 years (Army Corps of Engineers) Charles is married with two daughters, three granddaughters, and one Great-grandson. He is the president of Appleton Harbor Marketing, which is the parent company for God’s Manual. During his career he has trained and counseled various people. When he is not working, he likes to spend time with family and watching old westerns.

God’s Manual is dedicated to helping you become a better person by transforming your life into a spiritual-filled life based on biblical principles. God’s word is the foundation for your transformation, but implementation is just as important. You must take action.
